Introduction to Lacrosse

Lacrosse is a game for the fit and active.
It is played in two places; in a field or in a hockey arena with concrete flooring.
For my personal opinion, box lacrosse is better than field.
It is a full contact sport in a good size arena. You can hit any player of theirs if they have the ball and the nets are good sizes, about 4ft x 4ft.
